Pelvic floor training

Proven to help with incontinence and reverse prolapse, pelvic floor training is the place to start when wanting to reestablish core strength after childbirth but childbirth is not the only reason for laxity in the pelvic floor. All women should be aware of these muscles and how to train them.

Meditation is a great way of connecting mind and body. The mind is just as important to exercise as the body. Meditation can alleviate stress, promote healing and even help in pain management.
